De acordo com ela, a\u00e7\u00f5es de diversidade, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz, ambiente de trabalho saud\u00e1vel e participativo e clareza da cultura organizacional s\u00e3o alguns dos fatores necess\u00e1rios para potencializar a reten\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais. Atualmente, s\u00f3 no Brasil, a Arcor conta com mais de 4.500 funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mudan\u00e7as para 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maria Helena de S\u00e1, superintendente do CIEMG, anunciou que, em 2024, o \u2018\u2019Caf\u00e9 Empresarial\u2019\u2019 passar\u00e1 por reformula\u00e7\u00f5es, com foco em neg\u00f3cios e tamb\u00e9m na intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre os participantes.
