O objetivo foi oferecer ferramentas concretas que proporcionem sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a a alunos, professores e demais profissionais da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e apresentar estrat\u00e9gias pr\u00e1ticas e atualizadas para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente escolar seguro, com base no conte\u00fado do livro <strong>\u201cExperi\u00eancias e Pr\u00e1ticas na Preven\u00e7\u00e3o da Seguran\u00e7a no Ambiente Escolar\u201d <\/strong>(2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os participantes ainda aprenderam conceitos que poder\u00e3o utilizar no dia a dia da escola e em casa a fim de reduzir conflitos e proporcionar meios para minimizar danos oriundos de uso indevido pela internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O gerente geral da unidade SENAI de Montes Claros,<strong> Listemberg Pereira da Silva<\/strong>, explica que \u201ca capacita\u00e7\u00e3o cumpriu seu papel de fomentar um olhar mais atento e estrat\u00e9gico sobre a seguran\u00e7a no ambiente educacional. Refor\u00e7a-se a import\u00e2ncia da continuidade dessas forma\u00e7\u00f5es, visando fortalecer a rede de prote\u00e7\u00e3o institucional e prevenir situa\u00e7\u00f5es de risco\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ele, a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o realizada com os instrutores teve um papel fundamental na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente escolar mais seguro. \u201cA participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa e o engajamento da turma demonstram o comprometimento de nossos colaboradores com a excel\u00eancia no ensino e o bem-estar de nossos alunos\u201d, acrescentou ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O palestrante foi o <strong>Sargento Geovane Maciel<\/strong>, da PMMG, escritor, gestor em Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, consultor especializado em seguran\u00e7a escolar no ambiente f\u00edsico e virtual.
