Conduzida pelo presidente do conselho, Edwaldo Almada de Abreu, a transmiss\u00e3o teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de representantes da Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda (SEF) e a da Advocacia-Geral do Estado (AGE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Abreu, o assunto \u00e9 relevante para o setor produtivo e deve ser debatido com especialistas a fim esclarecer d\u00favidas dos contribuintes. O Refis do ICMS \u00e9 amparado na lei 24.612\/2023, que autorizou o estado a instituir o programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O superintendente do Cr\u00e9dito e Cobran\u00e7a da SEF, Leonardo Ribeiro, fez uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos principais pontos do Refis, como condi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais, benef\u00edcios, prazos, formas de pagamento e honor\u00e1rios devidos. A SEF disponibilizou no site da pasta uma cartilha de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para o cidad\u00e3o.
