A proposta foi fomentar o di\u00e1logo sobre como fortalecer v\u00ednculos com os territ\u00f3rios, mitigar impactos negativos e contribuir ativamente para o desenvolvimento local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A abertura foi conduzida por L\u00edvia Mara de Moraes, analista de Projetos Sociais da FIEMG, que destacou a import\u00e2ncia do pilar Social da agenda ESG e convidou os participantes a refletirem sobre o legado que as obras deixam para al\u00e9m da infraestrutura. Para L\u00edvia, o evento refor\u00e7ou a urg\u00eancia de se considerar a dimens\u00e3o comunit\u00e1ria nos processos de desenvolvimento.&nbsp;\u201cO ESG nos convida a olhar para as rela\u00e7\u00f5es humanas e para a responsabilidade que temos com o entorno. O desafio \u00e9 garantir que essa transforma\u00e7\u00e3o seja positiva, duradoura e respeitosa com os territ\u00f3rios\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jos\u00e9 Luiz Esteves, gestor executivo de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais e Sustentabilidade da MRV&amp;CO, e de J\u00falia Figueir\u00f3, l\u00edder de ESG da Construtora Barbosa Mello. Ambos compartilharam cases que demonstram como a atua\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial guiada por princ\u00edpios ESG pode promover inclus\u00e3o, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, protagonismo comunit\u00e1rio e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o social de forma consistente e mensur\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ESG Talks reafirma o compromisso da ind\u00fastria mineira com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um futuro que equilibre crescimento econ\u00f4mico, responsabilidade social e respeito ao meio ambiente.
