Welcome to REPM 2027
The International Workshop on Rare-Earth and Future Permanent Magnets and their Applications
The International Workshop on Rare-Earth and Future Permanent Magnets and their Applications
It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend REPM 2027. As the premier international conference in the field, this workshop returns for another edition of groundbreaking exchange, held in the vibrant city of Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Connecting Science and Industry REPM 2027 brings together world-renowned researchers, engineers, and industry leaders for five days of presentations and technical sessions. The workshop’s primary objective is to foster the exchange of ideas and present the latest results on permanent magnets and their vast applications.
Scope and Topics Covering the entire value chain—from resources to end-use—the technical program will address a wide range of relevant topics, including:
- Advanced Materials: Rare earth magnets, rare earth-free magnets, and thin film magnets.
- Processing & Synthesis: Advanced synthesis, processing, and characterization techniques.
- Sustainability: Raw materials, mining, and recycling.
- Physics & Theory: Theoretical modeling of coercivity and fundamental properties of advanced magnetic materials.
- Real-world Impact: Applications of permanent magnets in modern technology.
Join us in Belo Horizonte to shape the future of magnetism.
